1. Booking and Payment Terms: All non-guaranteed bookings will be guaranteed only after paying 50% advance amount. Tent Tales reserves the right to release the reservation without prior notice. Tent Tales reserves the right to levy charges and taxes applicable for the entire stay thereof, as cancellation or no-show charges. Special terms & conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during black-out periods.
2. Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tent Tales and/or its associate entities, their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the website material or your breach of these terms and conditions of website use.
3. Liability: While all reasonable care has been taken in providing the content on this website, Tent Tales shall not be responsible or liable as to the completeness or correctness of such information and any or all consequential liabilities arising out of use of any information or contents on this website.
